Some businesses start with market research...
..This one started with motherhood, a working yard full of equipment, and the realization that “just keep an eye on them” doesn’t always feel like enough.
Our Story...
Years before I had kids of my own, I learned about a little boy who lost his life in a farming accident. It was the kind of story that stays with you—quietly, but permanently. Over time, his family became close to my heart, and that story became more than something I’d heard… it became something I carried.
Fast forward years later, and now I have little kids of my own.
We run a concrete construction company, and our home yard is also our work yard. Equipment, trucks, movement—it’s part of everyday life here. And the distance between the house and the yard? About a 30-second walk… even on little legs.
And every day, when the crew was outside working, I found myself thinking the same thing:
What if the kids aren't seen?
Everyone on our crew wears high-visibility gear. Bright colors that instantly signal “person” to anyone operating equipment. So I went looking for something similar for toddlers—something that would make them just as visible.
And I found… nothing.
No real options. Nothing designed for young kids that matched what adults rely on for safety every day.
At first, I let it go. Like most moms, I already had more on my plate than I could handle. But the problem didn’t go away.
Because the reality is—adding “remember to put a vest on your child” is just one more thing in a long list of things to remember.
And I didn’t want another step.
I wanted a solution that was automatic.
Something they could just wear—like any other piece of clothing. No extra thought required after getting dressed.
That’s when this really started.
I realized I couldn’t be the only parent dealing with this. Whether it’s farms, acreages, parks or even just busy neighborhoods—kids move fast, and they’re not always easy to see.
So I decided to figure it out.
I went back and forth for a while, weighing the time, the cost, and everything else that comes with starting something new. But one thought kept coming back:
If something ever happened—and money could fix it—I would spend everything I had, borrow everything I could, and do whatever it took.
So I stopped waiting and started building.
This brand is built on a simple idea:
Make kids easier to see—without adding more for parents to think about.
Of course, no piece of clothing replaces teaching our kids about safety. Conversations, awareness, and supervision will always matter most.
But if something as simple as what they wear can add one more layer of protection…
If it can help someone spot a child just a second sooner…
If it can prevent even one accident—
Then it’s worth it.
Kid's High Vis
Why We Exist..
High-visibility gear only works if it’s actually worn. For most parents, the challenge isn’t caring about safety—it’s remembering one more thing in a busy routine. Vests can easily get forgotten or skipped. I wanted a simpler solution kids could just wear every day, so visibility is built in from the start.
This is not a replacement..
.. for supervision, safety awareness, or teaching children about safety.
This clothing is intended to improve visibility and is an added layer of awareness in everyday situations.
